Dịch vụ khách hàng có ích gì nếu họ không thể khắc phục sự cố thanh toán. Không có bộ phận thanh toán hoặc người quản lý để giải quyết vấn đề thanh toán này. Trong khi chờ đợi, tôi không biết liệu họ có báo cáo cho tôi hay không và tín dụng của tôi có bị ảnh hưởng hay không. Dịch vụ kinh khủng và tôi vẫn không biết phải làm gì! Rất bực bội.
