That wonderful customer care staff turned what would have been a total disaster into a happy situation. She made it her mission to see that my parcel got to me, even going further to help me secure it from the airport since it was a Saturday, and I wouldn't have been able to get it till Monday, which would have been utterly disastrous. And she followed up until she was sure I had got my package.
