I recently had an average experience with this bank. The website was easy to navigate and had helpful resources, but the online banking system felt a bit outdated and could use some improvement. 😕 I also encountered some long wait times when I called customer service, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the staff at the branch were friendly and helpful when I visited in person. Overall, it's an okay bank, but there are definitely areas where they could step up their game to provide a better customer experience.
