Made an appointment online about 2 weeks ago and got a confirmation text, showed up and advisor said they didn t have any appointments for us and the text wasn t a confirmation then we scheduled another appointment to do a diagnostic test on the car for this weekend and received a call back saying that they were too busy to do it that day and the next available time they had to actually do it is a month from now. Gladly taking my business elsewhere.
I would leave zero stars if I could. My friend saw a 2019 Hyundai Elantra on the Universal Hyundai website for 12k that she was highly interested in. She called yesterday at around 3:00 and confirmed availability of the car and was told to come in at 5:00 to check it out. When she arrived, she was told that the car sold the night before, even though she called ahead of time to confirm availability. Anthony, our salesman, tried to put her into a more expensive car. I just feel that they tried to do a bait and switch tactic on us here, and it s leaving a bad taste in mouth with this dealership and they Hyundai name. My friend, along with everyone else during this time, has been through a lot and had no reason to be treated like this. No one deserves to be treated like this. We were very disappointed in our experience, and are considering disregarding Hyundai entirely from our car search. We have since been contacted by Anthony, but we are tired of hearing excuses For what happens, instead of how they are going to make this situation right for my friend.

Honestly not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. They really do not care about you after they make their sale. can you believe that while i was waiting for my mother to get quoted for insurance, my salesman Carlos said to me "please hurry i have other customers"??? not to mention whoever was scheduled on Thursday April 1st to answer calls to finance and the service dep. hung up on me LITERALLY 13 times. i kept calling back because i needed some questions answered and whenever she transferred me, they hung up. i would call back and explain the situation to them again and they would then again send me to be transferred and hung up on. and after about 10 calls, the lady answering calls started ignoring me too!!?? As if im the annoying one. then when i finally got to the person i was supposed to be speaking with, hector never called me back. Really awful experience, if you value customer service and to be treated decently after a sale, please go somewhere else.
My salesman was Nick Gomez. I had just moved here at the start of February 2021 from New Jersey. I was looking to purchase a car and my girlfriend had purchased hers here about a year ago. So we went to see if we could find a car that worked for me. I needed a car that was good for mileage because I drive alot, and wanted used as well, since I drive so much. I was looking to only see the Prius, but he recommended a used Sonata as well. Which was really nice, but neither car did it for me. Nick was very patient and answered each question. We got lucky and saw a Veloster before we left. Nick pulled up by it and I saw it earlier online. I've always loved the style of the veloster. So immediately I was drawn. I fell in love with the car, and the next day drove it home. The manager of Finance Robert Redford was phenomenal and very helpful and clear with all the details. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this dealership because of my experience with Nick Gomez and the Robert Redford.
I hope to get my next Veloster with Nick when my time with this one runs up. Im officially hooked.

UPDATE!!! I finally got connected with General Manager Behlen after a couple emails he corrected the situation by paying the last payment. I appreciate him doing that. / I leased my first G80 in 2017 from Universal Hyundai with now issues. On December 15 2017 went into another lease with offers from both salesperson Valerie as well Genesis Finance to take over the last few payments. My experience this time was less than idea but I still fell I ended up with a good deal. 1 year later I receive a letter that the last payment was never made and I owed. Genesis Finance says call the finance manager at the dealership. After providing all my proof I have just been told we have no record of that on that deal and to call Genesis Finance. What I thought was a decent dealership is really does not care once you are out the door. Buyer Beware!!!

Was referred to by Costco, so went with intention of purchasing. First the car shown, had seats that reeked (like a strong acidic cabbage smell), a known 2020 issue with certain Hyundais. The salesperson refused to admit he could smell it (!!) - even though later admitting there was a Hyundai TSM on this. OK, so what is best deal on this stinky car? Get this: $8000 *over* the window sticker price (!!) for "you know, pin stripes and such", with 6% financing, when Hyundai was offering 1.9% (and I have the FICO score to qualify for it), and an $800 dealer fee (more pin striping?)
Just a another example of why so many people are fed up with buying a new vehicle through traditional dealerships.

Called the dealership and asked if a truck was still available as we were coming from 2 1/2 hrs way. They said it was and they'd hold it. When we got here it was being sold to someone else. Devastated and angry, besides being out a whole day and money. This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere. Not one person that works here knows what the next person is doing. They obviously do not care about their customers! Completely Disgusted

I had a great experience with Jacob and Chris. We got there on a Saturday and we knew it was busy. So we asked the front desk admin if we could set up an appointment. Right away Jacob took our info and asked us to come back. When we got there on Sunday, the team was so attentive. They gave us as much information as possible and they made sure to answer all of our questions. They were so patient while my husband and I had to deal with the insurance and with the finances. I've honestly never felt more secure and helped than I have here.

Techs didn't put oil cap back on causing damage to my vehicle. No resolve from shop, put cap back on, wiped my very oily car down with a dirty rag and sent me on my way.

They were both super helpful in both customer service and making sure the numbers matched our budget! We ended up with a Sante Fe that worked perfectly for us. Excellent experience! I saw that the Kona SEL I wanted was listed at the lowest price I'd seen after shopping around, so I sent a text asking about the OTD price. I got a response very quickly with the total cost.
The OTD was the best offer I'd gotten. Called up and confirmed everything was squared away on the price and went in a few days later and bought the car. My sales rep Jacob did a fantastic job. He made the buying process super easy and did everything in his power to get me the rebates I qualified for. When I was signing the papers, I was obviously offered supplemental insurance/addons, but when I said what I didn't need, there was no pushiness. I felt like they were working with me and what I needed/wanted. Good vibes all around. Drove off in my first new car at a great price without any hassle!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Horrible doesn t even begin to describe my experience with this dealership. A few weeks ago my break light went on and I was under the impression that I needed new break pads. I was told by my service provider Rhoda, who I ve worked with before in the past without any issues that it was the brake master cylinder and the brake booster. Rhoda quoted me 1,127.00. I waited for the parts to come in about a week later. I arrived at 7:00 am and asked if the quote which was also emailed to me was an out the door price and would still be honored. I was told yes. My car was completed at 8:30 am. When I received the bill it was for the amount of $1,740. $515.00 was for labor. I immediately verbalized my frustration as my quote was not honored. Rhoda lowered it to $1536 and stated that s the best she could do. I asked to speak with a manager and was met with one of the high school receptionists, with an attitude, who thought she was a higher up and was told they didn t have a manager or supervisor on duty. I called corporate and spoke to them for roughly an hour. They gave me the run around as expected and were a nightmare.They stated they couldn t assist for 5-7 business days and that I should just pay the bill to get it off the lot. I then went inside and asked to speak with a manager once more and was told they didn t have one. I turned my head and saw the parts manager sitting in his office. I asked to speak with him, told him the situation and even showed him the quote. While doing so, all 4 receptionists and 2 employees from the parts department were looking on. After 20 minutes he lowered the bill to 1178.00. I told him that wasn t the price I was quoted and they should honor it. After another 20 minutes he came back with the correct quote. I left at 11:30 am. I spent more time getting the quote honored than they did working on my car. On my way out the door, hidden behind a large sign was a phone number to text the manager for any inconvenience . I now know why the employees hid that number. I will never return to this location and I advise anyone who reads this review to reconsider giving this location the time of day. They do not care about customer satisfaction and are run worse than a circus. It s not worth your time or money. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Came in for a simple oil change and walked out with a 2019 Sonata. Fabio and Frank were amazing! I got it for lower than I expected and it s beautiful, clean, safe and by my terms! They assisted from start to finish with different options and got me exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you guys, I appreciate it more than you know.
Alex was a great salesmen. Not pushy at all and found exactly what we were looking for. Made things quick and painless. This would have been 5 stars but after leaving with my new 2020 Nissan Pathfinder, I discovered the vehicle was bone dry and had to race to a gas station. A full tank would have been nice, but even any gas would have been great!
I give it 2 stars because the people were at least pleasant to deal with. However...
I called ahead of time to make sure the car I wanted to drive was available. I have a 1 hour drive to get to the dealership. I gave them the actual stock number of the vehicle I wanted to see. They assured me it was there and available so we set an appt (a little more than an hour later) for me to come in.
I get to the dealership and, as I'm sure you guessed, the car isn't there. Apparently, it sold on Saturday. But, then they lied to me and told me the guy I talked too didn't realize the car didn't come in a manual transmission. I gave the guy the actual stock number, so the transmission didn't matter.
I'm a little upset, having drove an hour over there. They're sympathetic and understanding. One of the guys goes to get a manager and the manager says. Let us work our "BEST out-the-door price" and we can either get you the car you want or when one comes in, we'll honor the price quote. Reluctantly, I agree. 15 minutes go by and nothing. Finally 30 minutes later the salesman comes out with a piece of paper with the offer on it. That "BEST out-the-door price" was MSRP + a bunch of fees.
Get the heck out of here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I know one thing, I WON'T BE GOING BACK!

He quickly and efficiently explained to me the different aspects of the two cars, also showing me how to properly use all the technology that was in the car so I wouldn't have any trouble understanding. I visited the Hyundai dealership on 8/16/2020. I am currently in college and working full time, and have been looking into getting my own car. I ve always loved the Hyundai Sonata, but I didn t think it would be possible to get it with my credit being so new. Chris J. was helping me through the entire process, alongside my mom. Not only was he not pressuring in any manner while looking at different models, he was also very energetic in providing all possible information there was about each separate vehicle. He would also check up on us frequently throughout the entire process to make sure we were doing okay. Chris helped make what I thought was impossible, possible. He worked hard to ensure I left feeling comfortable with the payments for my car, showing me all possibilities to make it that much easier in the long run. I expected to leave on Sunday empty handed, but I ended up leaving with my dream car! I couldn t have been a part of a more seamless process considering car buying takes numerous hours. It did not take as long as I was expecting, and the hours went by quickly. I still can t believe I was able to buy my first car, and I give all thanks to Chris and his team at Hyundai. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service. Purchased an Elantra last year and whenever I needed help obtaining records and information, I would be placed on hold for over an hour only for someone to hang up on me or get redirected back to reception. This has been happening all year. Only way I ever get proper help is in person while doing maintenance, otherwise I'm forced to drive 45 minutes just to get a few questions answered.
Sales Consultant, Matt Sanchez went above and beyond my expectations. I am not a fan of Dealerships, but he made my experience worth every second of my time and allowed for a new outlook.
