Ban quản lý đã thô lỗ và khi được hỏi và liên tục nói rằng chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm nhưng chúng tôi không thể tìm thấy bất kỳ ai, vẫn chưa có người nổi cho đến lúc đó. Sau đó nhà cung cấp của họ phàn nàn về mẹ tôi vì mẹ tôi không thích cô ấy và công ty đã cho mẹ tôi một khoảng thời gian khó khăn vì đã làm phiền nhà cung cấp của họ, nhân tiện mẹ tôi đã 83 tuổi.
