They had my cat down as a dog but said the meds were right just a mistake on their part. It took 2 days to get my pets meds. That was disappointing the vet could have send the script to chewy could have had it the same amount of time and cheaper

We usually pay OOP full price for prescription medications and we are glad we found this pharmacy. The same prescription is 3X expensive in HEB.

I live in Dallas but have phone appts with Dr. Amy Nelson and she is superb. Her bedside manner is genuine and she's a rare instance of a patient (thoroughly explains, enjoys explaining, and not in a patronizing way), kind (so so nice) and results-based doctor who truly enjoys what she does and has found her calling. Her goal is to not just treat the symptoms but to help you find the solutions to cure your ailments. I highly recommend her and wish more doctors were like her.

The wellness staff are very knowledgeable and always so helpful. My go to pharmacy for natural supplements.

I use to work at this location as a pharmacy tech. I did not know until recently that some of the tech's there that were jealous; would spread half true statements about me at a current job that I have. Soon as you start to work at people's pharmacy, a few tech's there will ask to know personal information that you do not have to tell them. If you don't tell them them they will stalk you cause they are mad about not knowing all your personal information. Some tech's feel that you have something to hide cause you don't feel the need to engage in gossip. Think twice before working at this location and be very careful about telling them personal information. They will hire employee's based on if they like you or not. Also they hire based on if you like to gossip all day about other employees and the faithful patient's that come and purchase products there. I'm not the only one that they have done this to. Thank God I can rise above it. It is very clear that some tech's there can not rise above anything cause I'm still relevant.

Peoples is the only place to go in Austin for quality holistic wellness products. Great service, great products, great variety. Amazing food. Their wellness department staff are beyond compare. Go there. You won t regret it.

My first time getting an rx filled at Peoples in cedar park I dropped off my RX and they stated they would have it in an hour. I live about 20 miles from this location but it came recommended. When I went back about 2hours later the RX was not ready and I waited in the store for about 10 minutes when a young man came out stating that they did not have the RX and that they would have to order it. This was understandable for a first time RX I thought. When a refill became due I called in advance to avoid the confusion from the last visit. I called on the day they stated the Rx would be ready, I was told it would be done in one hour. I went and hour and a half later and had the same exact experience. I asked them why they had not ordered the RX on Wednesday when I called. I was met with a questioned looked.
If you are looking for a pharmacy that compounds and its a one time deal it may be acceptable. I will no longer do business with peoples and would not recommend them for anyone other than a special occasion where a regular pharmacy cant fit the bill.

I went for supplements but needed advisement to get the right one since my PA did not specify - asked the pharmacist for help as I wanted pharmacist advisement. The pharmacist walked me to the part of the store and point the appropriate options. That was good. But then she handed me off to floor personnel- and that experience was not good. In the past, the floor personnel was very good. This time the contact spoke in vague terms, I would ask questions and explain the dosing the doctors office gave me - and the staff person shows the dosing options which were different. I asked more clarifying questions on how to reconcile the dosing, and the person said - they do not speak our language. I asked what she meant, and she repeated the same. At that point, I made my best educated guess, and had lost faith in the floor personnel. I do not plan to go back to People s unless I absolutely have to.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I ve been going here for several years and recently found out they are even willing to help me once I move out of Austin! How awesome is that?!? Love the products, especially the Kombucha!

I ve been suffering for months now with chronic bladder infections. Nothing was working. I kept getting more fatigued, and feeling really lethargic. Friday morning I woke up feeling the worst.

I decided to go to People s Pharmacy on 183. I met with a wonderful lady named Dawn, and people, she hooked me up!

I started feeling better that afternoon! No lie! Yesterday my energy stated to come back! I was feeling happy and slept well last night.

Just 3 holistic products and BAM! She did give me a list of foods to NOT eat for the next 2 weeks as well.

I will now always go to People s Pharmacy when I m feeling bad.

I've been visiting this place for over 10 years now and I have always walked away satisfied. The products work wonders and have helped me with treating certain ailments as holistically as possible. The consultants are so helpful every time I walk in not knowing exactly what I need. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who will, so you always leave the store knowing there is a caring community behind you wanting to help solve your issue. Great service, great supplements, and a great environment all around.

I used this pharmacy to get some medications for my pet compounded. Service is always good and everybody's really nice. They also have a Keurig machine where you can get coffee or tea while you wait, pretty nice

Great pharmacy. My husband gets some of his medication there and they are very efficient, friendly, fast. The staff allowed me to put up a lost dog sign in their pharmacy. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The Pharmacist here knows his stuff and is eager to help you understand the medication and how to take it. All staff were kind to us I appreciate the kindness they gave us. Our dog was found the next day by the way. I apologize for not going back to pharmacy to let them know but yes our dog was found. Thanks for helping us! Keep up the good work kindness goes a long way.

After a week on my anti-biotic from Walgreens I realized I was having an allergic reaction to the dye from the outer part of the capsules. I have to take it every four hours so changing quickly was in order. Walgreens offered me no help so I called People's Pharmacy. The lady on the phone was so helpful. She looked up the ingredients for me and found they make dye-free capsules and they had some in stock (Walgreens didn't get that far). She quickly made contact with my doctor and I had my medicine in one hour! This was extra helpful since I am only in the area in the afternoon at that time. They really seemed to care and went out of their way for me. Thank you!

Thank you Peoples rx! You give amazing consultations, you recommend products that the other drug stores sell (just because you care). I have been using this service since a long time. They are just really nice!

I often get my prescriptions filled here and make the drive into town from outside of Austin simply because I trust their judgment and advice when it comes to natural healing in combination with prescription medications. I love this place. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have yet to be disappointed.

Nicole at 620 & 183 store is ALLWAYS so very friendly and extremely efficient in her service!!

Prescription was called in for my dog at 1015 am on Saturday. Store calls me at 1045 am to confirm the price of the meds and get my approval. State they will call me today when it's ready. No phone call, so stop by around 5 pm, to be told that 6 hours later it is not ready. No phone call informing me of this before hand. The employee says it will be ready tomorrow, Sunday (today) and they will call me when it is done. Entire day goes by and no phone call at all. I just get off work and see it is closed already. Poor customer service and horridle lack of communication. Will not be taking my business here again, and will be contacting my vet to send the prescription in elsewhere.

Simply the best! All the employees are knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. And no one has better meds to fight Cedar fever. I live People s Pharmacy. You will, too.

The people working here have superior customer service. Their prices are certainly not the cheapest however they are genuinely nice and stand by all of their products.

Great pharmacy! I get medication for my cats and foster kittens compounded here so I don't have to pill them. They always call me first to check pricing before filling, and then the meds are usually ready the next day which is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the location is super convenient.

These guys are really the best at what they do. They are really friendly and have several locations throughout Austin. They offer to call you back when your prescription is ready or has been called/faxed in by the doctor's office. They are always more than willing to consult with you about prescriptions that you are picking up. They are really professional and timely. Now I will have to say that their pricing is a bit higher than their competitors but they do also offer a lot more than the other guys, too. I definitely like stopping by at this location and asking questions that would not normally be answered anywhere else. They have a ton of organic supplements and also have a great number of protein powders and even LICK ice-cream at some locations!

Cheap and arrogant. The female Asian pharmacist refused to give me some extra applicators for my topical medication. She said I could buy some. They only cost a few pennies, and they turn a huge profit on the medication. Another employee gave me them last time for no extra charge. Everything is overpriced and woke there.

I took a lady friend to this compounding pharmacy to get a script for her kitty. I shopped around while we waited and bought some CBD oil which I had never tried for an achy neck. A very interesting pharmacy.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! The people working there are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have met. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a pharmacy that isn't a big corporation.

Very helpful staff there. Had gone in years ago for my oldest son and went back the other day for my youngest. He had some very specific needs due to a recent health issue and they took the time to talk through multiple options to attack different parts of things. No improvement this far, but is early on. So will see. Eitther way, appreciative of the team and the selection of options n

If I could give them zero stars I would. I re-ordered my prescription last Thursday and they said I can pick it up anytime after Saturday morning. I went in that Monday and they couldn't find my prescription and said they messed up and didn't fill it. The soonest I could get it was the next morning. They had 4 days to fill, they said it would be filled by Saturday. No call or text that it wasn't filled. Mistakes happen but It takes me 25 minutes each way to get there and $3.50 in tolls each way unless I want it to take 40 minutes each way. I didn't even get an apology... True customer service would be giving me that prescription free of charge for the hassle, loss of money and time.

Local, functional, fast, and cozy. Feels more like a co-op or herbal supply store than a pharmacy. Stocks pet prescriptions that many of the local vets don't; just watch out that pets aren't supposed to come inside.

Fantastic store. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store carries a wide variety of high quality supplements and the pharmacy can compound prescriptions. They even carry some food that is high quality and works with special diets like Paleo.

My favorite pharmacy. Lots of knowledgeable and friendly staff. Many holistic options for treatments.

This pharmacy also has an amazing selection of supplements and vitamins in the best brands. They adapted well to pandemic conditions and are always fast and reliable with my prescriptions.
