I recently visited the center and was reasonably satisfied with the services provided. The website was informative and easy to navigate, giving me a good understanding of the programs offered. However, I did feel that the staff could have been more proactive and engaging. 🤔 The facilities were decent but could use some modernization and a more welcoming atmosphere. The communication from the center was adequate, but sometimes slow in responding to inquiries. In terms of the overall experience, I would say it was average. With a few improvements in staff engagement and facility updates, it could become a more inviting and all-around positive environment for families.
