The staff is exceptionally professional, the catering was adequate, with tasty lunch and refreshing coffee. The event was handled masterfully, staff was quick in passing the microphone, the displays were readable and audio was set up properly. There's also always enough parking space for everyone, so I have no complaints whatsoever.

My Daughter and I had a wonderful day at the spa, we were looked after so well, we were celebrating her 50th Birthday (little late) but non the less we had a great day out. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we will definitely b back thanks to all.
It's not as special as it is made out to be and the food isn't as good as it is made out, had a stake and it was very chewy. And the bedrooms are quite small, the toilets are very small. Would not rate this hotel anymore than a 3.5 star.
Amazing and great Service. I will recommend this if you looking for place to stay for a couple nights or if you are planning a wedding. The facilities are of high standard and the rooms are very clean and tidy. They do amazing breakfast and the staff are very nice and friendly .

Lovely hotel with great decor and friendly staff. Rooms equipped with all that you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast I found was no different from other great hotel stays. We were a party of 5 couples and Ordered extra tea and coffee without fuss. Staff coped with all demands of a very very busy breakfast service professionally. A great stay.

I've never stayed in the hotel but the grounds around it are lovely to walk in. It is managed estate land with splendid mature trees.

Cosy hotel off the main road - only downside is that's there's a bit of aircraft noise due to proximity to Edinburgh airport. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great but the restaurant was no highlight .. expensive and not the best.
stayed on a Saturday night and was very impressed with hotel. Clean and smart room. Executive room with tv above bath and heated floor. Went to the gym/ pool area and it was well equipped and modern. Excellent breakfast and service. Freshly squeezed tasty orange juice and the hot buffet was very good too.
Lovely facilities suite beautiful. Only gripe is.not much information given by staff..breakfast times explaining menu at dinner etc.. but friendly enough

My husband and I were attending a wedding reception that was held in the ballroom. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as were the bar staff throughout the night. The decor is divine and the facilities were faultless. I thoroughly enjoyed my night and would definitely recommend Norton House to my friends and family for future events.

The staff were lovely & very polite & helpful, nothing was a problem for them, the leisure area was clean & not too busy, i had a full body massage which was fabulous, the girl did a fantastic job would definitely recommend it, also had afternoon tea with champagne which was delicious i will definitely be back again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. We got a handicap room and my husband accidentally pulled the safety cord in the bathroom. Someone was there in 2 minutes. The best part is the pool. Not knowing my arrival time, I didn't make an appointment for a massage and none were available. I got a wonderful water massage in the jacuzzi. They had tiny bubbles everywhere and a waterfall to help achy backs. The pool was nice and warm. The shower facility was clean and had soap, conditioner, blow dryers and towels.

I visited the ballroom for a private work meeting. The room was large. The staff were helpful, supplying extra power outlets for us and phone conferencing facilities. In general, most areas are in need of some TLC, a lick of paint and new carpets would go a long way to freshen the place up.

Lovely hotel close to Edinburgh Airport with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice grounds for a walk (or swing - see pic!) if the weather is good as well as a full gym/pool/spa. Dinner in the Brasserie was very nice as was breakfast the next morning and loved the Trivial Pursuit cards in the bar to stop people being glued to their phones. My only slight concern was that there wasn't much sound proofing between inter connecting rooms so I'd suggest asking not to have one of those unless needed.

Nice old manor house hotel with a modern extension and heated club/ spa facility. Very well located just off the motorway and almost opposite the airport with easy links to the Forth bridges also. We enjoyed an excellent Sunday lunch in the restaurant. One note of caution is that the access Rd to Norton House is well used by local traffic and fast moving cars cutting through could catch you off guard.
Lovely place friendly staff food was lovely my only gripe would be jacuzzi switched off halfway through the day and shower wasn't working then drilling started..
Pretty good hotel near airport. Very nice pub/restuarant and recent spa. The service in the dining room for dinner is a bit slow.
Really enjoyed most of the facilities on a special day out for my 70th birthday and my wife's 60th (soon) however could not use the pool to swim as an Aqua class was on and we were told they use up all of the pool as they move about by the instructor. The Spa and restaurant staff were very nice and made you feel very welcome, so the pool incident might have to be taken into consideration if you were booking .

I was not staying there long enough to try out the spa and pool but the food was very good the room was comfortable and spacious although quite a distance from the front desk and dining area our group was made welcome every morning with coffee and a beautiful Buffet individual items were available as well
Close to Edinburgh in a rural location. Great for photography shoots. Busy wedding venue with very helpful staff.

Went to the Norton House hotel as a day spa guest. Nice place, clean throughout and well presented. Friendly staff. Lunch was decent only the coronation chicken wrap could have done with a bit of seasoning. Spa facilities are reasonable although I come away with the overriding impression that it's somewhat more expensive than it should be. Still, easy to access from Edinburgh and I would go back

Lovely hotel. Bar a bit pricey, but they all are at this end of the market. Good gym, spa and pool facilities.
