Very disgruntled customer who purchased 2kgs of mahatma brown and red seal white rice which turned bad before expiry dates. The rice is still packaged. I made my complaints some time in July 2020. The rice was collected for laboratory analysis by one of your staff on 13/08/20 for laboratory analysis leaving me without any rice to eat as your company await the laboratory results. That's atrocious. Am I supposed to be starve as a big blue chip company like yours carry your internal procedures?
