Trung tâm Chăm sóc Mercy sẽ phù hợp với trường hợp Nghỉ hưu, KHÔNG TỐT cho việc chăm sóc ở cấp độ Điều dưỡng có Hỗ trợ hoặc Có tay nghề. Họ có đầu bếp giỏi, phòng ăn kiểu nhà hàng cao cấp ... nhưng dịch vụ chăm sóc TRONG PHÒNG thì thật kinh khủng. Anh trai tôi đã ở đó 6 tháng ... trong cuộc sống có Kỹ năng và Hỗ trợ.. cuối cùng trên giường 24/7 trong 2 tháng cuối cùng. Anh ta KHÔNG được giữ sạch sẽ, đợi GIỜ sau khi nhấn nút để triệu tập sự giúp đỡ .... tuần mới được tắm .... hơn 6 tuần để gội đầu ... Rõ ràng là Pretense of Mercy là một cơ sở Công giáo, như đã từng như vậy, nhưng anh trai tôi thậm chí không thể rước lễ sau Thánh Lễ Chúa Nhật tại thính phòng của Mercy. Tôi ở xa, nên chỉ có thể gọi điện thoại và khiếu nại và yêu cầu chăm sóc tốt hơn ... nhưng điều đó không được đưa ra. Lời khuyên của tôi: Hãy tránh xa nếu bạn không có di động hoặc di chuyển người thân của bạn ra khỏi đó nếu họ cần thêm sự giúp đỡ. Quản lý hành chính
nên được thay thế bởi một người hiểu công việc của cô ấy hơn. Phòng thanh toán KHÔNG có vấn đề gì với công việc của họ .... chi phí mỗi tháng của chúng tôi tăng lên trên $ 8300 (đối với các dịch vụ được liệt kê là không được giao.) Tôi phản đối và đã giảm hóa đơn khổng lồ này sau khi từ chối thanh toán.

Ơn trời, một Y tá Hospice tốt bụng cuối cùng đã đến 3 tuần trước khi anh ấy chết .. tắm cho anh ấy 3 lần một tuần trên giường, gội đầu và giữ anh ấy sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Chúc phúc cho cô ấy.
