I had a mixed experience with Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in resolving my issue. On the other hand, their products are average at best and I've had a few issues with them in the past. Overall, I would say they are an average company.

Tôi nói với họ là máy in của tôi là máy in mới, vì vậy tôi nên đi thay thế "mới", rằng không có nơi nào trong bảo hành quy định rằng thay thế sẽ được tân trang lại nếu không thể sửa chữa được, họ sẽ thay thế nó. Thay thế thường có nghĩa là thay thế với giá trị bằng hoặc lớn hơn, không phải thấp hơn .... Tôi đã nói với họ trước khi mua sắm lại thiết bị, tôi sẽ cân nhắc tất cả những điều này và có thể sẽ quyết định không mua HP nữa và tôi sẽ kể cho người khác nghe về trải nghiệm của mình. Phản hồi của họ là tôi chỉ đang tuân theo chính sách, blah blah và tôi nói với họ rằng họ nên kiểm tra kỹ hơn với người giám sát, và tất nhiên cuộc trò chuyện bị ngắt kết nối một cách bí ẩn sau đó SMH !!! Ngay cả khi máy hút Shark đắt tiền của tôi ngừng hoạt động, họ không chỉ gửi cho tôi một cái mới mà còn gửi cho tôi một cái mới hơn được nâng cấp, bao gồm cả bảo hành mới. Điều này chắc chắn đã khiến tôi không bao giờ mua HP nữa !!!
