I've been using DC Elite Cleaning for a few years, and I really like them. The same team cleans my house each time, so they know the space well. They can be flexible with schedules if that's what you seek, or they can set a schedule, which is great for regular cleanings. My favorite day of the week is cleaning day - I love coming home to a freshly cleaned home, and DC Elite does a great job.
Great cleaning service. Great customer service. They do a spectacular job wiping down, dusting, and cleaning every inch of my house! They don't work into the evening so you must have flexible availability during the week or schedule far enough in advance to get a Saturday. I've been using them for more than 2 years now and we love them!! Would definitely recommend!
They do great cleaning but horrible administration. They don't pick up most days and I have been asking for a $2,500 receipt from last month at my business and no one can pickup or find it. Horrible
I ve been using Elite Cleaning Service for about 4 years or so. I found them through a friends recommendation. They use to service my apartment, and now still service me at my townhouse. They re very prompt and do an excellent job cleaning my home. I ve used other services in the past but they are the best one I ve ever used. I highly recommend them.

First of all, their customer service and booking is so easy and fast. They communicate with you for reminders as well as follow up on how your service went. I appreciate that they take an active interest in how their employees are doing as well as how their customers are feeling about the service. They didn't miss a thing. I came home to the cleanest apartment I've ever seen. Seriosly, you need to give them a try; amazing!

I really liked the cleaning services. I had a Move Out Clean and they were on time and did a great job. Really good clean of the fridge and the baseboards. Overall, I will be recommending them to a colleague.
Way less expensive than their competitors.
We trusted DC elite professional cleaning service to clean/prepare our 1 bedroom condo (652 sqft) for sale after renting it out. The rep informed me that the average 1bed/1ba would be ~$125 (understanding that this was an estimate); however we were billed almost double for poor quality work. The 2 ladies spent 3.5 hours in an EMPTY condo, yet the results were HORRIBLE! Absolute lack of detail! The manager offered to send another crew to redo the work; however when I tried to schedule them to come back I have yet to receive a response.
We ve used Elite on and off for about 6 years now. The service is thorough and efficient. We re now back on with a monthly service to keep us clean & tidy. Mom s happy...EVERYBODY s happy!
