Cho đến 3 tháng sau thông báo của chúng tôi về ngày cuối cùng của dịch vụ do bán nhà của chúng tôi và 2 tháng sau khi hóa đơn cuối cùng của chúng tôi được nhận tại địa chỉ mới của chúng tôi. Mà, cũng đã được thanh toán đầy đủ dựa trên hóa đơn duy nhất trong phong bì. Sau đó, chúng tôi nhận được thông báo về việc chậm thanh toán từ hóa đơn tháng 1 không phải từ công ty mà từ một cơ quan thu phí !!!! Chúng tôi sẵn lòng trả 90.00 khác nếu họ chỉ thông báo cho chúng tôi. Không cần phải gửi chúng tôi đến bộ sưu tập. Và việc bị gửi đến các bộ sưu tập vì họ không duy trì được hồ sơ thích hợp là điều không thể chấp nhận được.
