As a customer, I recently interacted with Alliance Communication Group Inc. (ACG) through their website acg.ca. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find information about their services without much trouble. However, I found that the website lacked a personal touch and did not provide much insight into the company's values or mission. Additionally, the customer support was satisfactory, but it took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry. The services offered by ACG were adequate, but I would have appreciated more options or customizable packages. While they seem like a reliable company, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of communication and providing a more personalized experience for customers.
