Abbe and Unity point are a great help to mentally ill people. Though I can’t say the same for the residences. If they were lawyers they’d get every drop of turnip blood. Many people have left since I got here a year ago. Four now. Be cautious, many hidden fees raising rent three times and be careful you might be paying for a past residents utilities.
