The software provided by this company has decent features, but it lacks the user-friendly interface that I was hoping for. The customer support is responsive, but the overall experience with the product was average. There were some issues with the billing process and accessing certain features, which made it frustrating to use at times. On the positive side, the software did help streamline some of our financial processes, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of usability and customer experience. Overall, I would say that my experience with the company was average.
