I recently hired Quality Systems Consulting for my company's quality management needs. Their expertise in the field was evident from the start. The consultants were knowledgeable and approachable, answering all our queries with patience and clarity. The company website was easy to navigate, providing useful information about their services. However, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. Communication between the consultants and our team could have been more prompt and efficient. Additionally, the pricing structure was a bit confusing at times. While the consultants did deliver on their promises, the execution could have been more streamlined. Nevertheless, I appreciate their effort in helping us improve our quality systems. Overall, an average experience, but room for improvement.
