My experience with the work and travel company was average. While the work opportunities were decent, I found the travel arrangements to be lacking in quality. The website was easy to use, but the overall customer service was not up to par. The staff was sometimes unresponsive and did not address my concerns adequately. There is room for improvement, particularly in terms of customer support and travel arrangements.
