I had a mixed experience with the work and travel company. While the work opportunities provided were decent, the travel arrangements left much to be desired. The website was easy to use, but the customer service was lacking. Some of the staff members were unresponsive and did not address my concerns adequately. I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in the customer support department.
