My experience at Ghaziabad Institute of Hotel & Business Management (GIHM) was satisfactory. The faculty members are knowledgeable, but the institute lacks proper infrastructure. The classrooms and labs are not up to the mark. However, the institute compensates for this through guest lectures and industry exposure. If improvements are made in terms of facilities, GIHM could be a great choice for hotel and business management education.
