I recently leased equipment from this company and found their service to be satisfactory. The leasing process was smooth and their customer service team was responsive to my inquiries. However, I did encounter some issues with the equipment during the leasing period, which required multiple service calls to resolve. 🤔 Although the company eventually fixed the issues, it was a bit inconvenient for me. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find information about their leasing options. Overall, my experience was average. While I appreciated their responsiveness, the equipment issues were a downside. I hope they can improve their quality control in the future.
