I've been banking with another credit union for years but recently decided to give Southwest Community FCU a try. I have to say, I'm impressed. Their online banking system is top-notch and their customer service is excellent. The rates and fees are competitive, and I appreciate that they don't try to nickel and dime their customers. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to switch to Southwest Community FCU.
