I recently used a graphic design service and found the experience to be okay overall. The website was easy to navigate and had a variety of design options to choose from. The turnaround time for the project was reasonable, and the final product was satisfactory. However, I did encounter some communication issues with the team, and I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive. Additionally, I expected a bit more creativity and originality in the designs provided. Overall, it was an average experience, and while the quality was decent, there were aspects that left room for improvement.
