I recently purchased a water treatment system from this company, and while the product itself seems to be effective, I found the customer service to be quite average. The initial communication was prompt, but as the process went on, I felt that there was a lack of follow-up and clear information regarding the installation timeline. Additionally, I encountered some difficulties in getting a hold of the support team when I had a few questions after the installation. The system itself is working well, but I think the company could improve on their customer support and communication to provide a more seamless experience for their customers.
