I recently had the pleasure of participating in one of Girls on the Run of Ottawa and Allegan Counties' programs, and I cannot say enough positive things about it! The activities were engaging and fun, and the staff and volunteers were friendly and supportive. The program focuses on building confidence and promoting a positive body image, all while encouraging physical activity. It was a truly transformative experience, and I'm grateful to have been a part of it.
