I am actually a private Chef for 2 years and with more than 25 years experience in 5stars hotels from Mauritius.i have been impressed by the standard and professionalism of the Academy..i have done the advanced professional chef course.From the first day to my last i really enjoyed every single moments.
The Chef Daniel was highly professional,incredibly talented and he really do his job with passion.
All the topics were well detailed,the explanations very clear.the perfect place for a chef to enhance his level.
Im sure that with this course i will definitely be able to prepare higher standard food and achieve the best for my boss.
The managing director Massimo is a real gentlemen,always here to help and give good advices.
Naima was always helpful,always there to welcome and the cleaning staff very professional.
