Great experience ever.
Recently completed the professional chef course, I have enjoyed every moment of it. Was worth it to travel from Spain to be part of this amazing experience. The chefs were incredibly talented and the tutors always reachable and very helpful. They even assisted me in finding an appropriate accommodation. A lot of food to practice with! The fish day was my favourite, a lot of varieties, some, never seen before in my life. The live training was a good experience and even if a bit tough, was worthy because at the end they offer me a job. I recommend this school.
