Senzum is one of the Nordic region's foremost operations regarding customer service and aftermarket services. We are therefore responsible for operating the company's customer service. This means that instead of conversation, mail, chat and other interactions coming to our client, they come to us for processing. Furthermore, they have certified us and become experts in effective system support within contact center, case management, chat / cobrowsing and video, which we resell where manufacturers are often globally leading players. Their latest addition to our service portfolio is field service where we built their own national field service chain that repairs and maintains technical products. The company started its operations in 1994 and has been working on a Nordic basis since 2001.
