Ross Aviation is a relatively new name on the FBO playing field, however, the company’s principals combine more than 40 years of hands-on experience in identifying and acquiring opportunities, solving problems, fostering growth and creating value in the FBO industry. This success is due to the application of sound financial and operational management practices, including: strict attention to detail and procedure; superior customer service; high standards and expectations; high-level direction and oversight; and empowerment of on-site management and staff. Beginning in 1992, the principals of Ross Aviation have been actively engaged in the FBO industry. Collectively, they have owned or operated 27 FBOs in high profile major urban markets and resort destinations across North America.
