It also provides the socially conscious wine drinker with a curated selection of wines produced and distributed under conditions that empower workers, women, farmers, merchants, and investors. The company does this by operating under an innovative financial model that includes employee profit-sharing and paying farmers first, propelled by regenerative impact investments of every size. It was founded by Molly Madden in 2017 and is headquartered in Oakland, California.
