Malaysian Humanitarian Foundation (“MHF”) was formed in 1996 with the aim of inculcating, nurturing and strengthening a caring culture and society.The foundation was led by the late Raja Tun Mohar Raja Badiozaman who was the Chairman and President of the Foundation till his demise in 2003. Tan Sri Datuk Paduka Dr. Mazlan Ahmad, then Deputy Chairman succeeded as the Chairman of the Foundation in 2003 till his passing in 2018.
