Futurelogic is a leading developer of small-format embedded thermal printing subassemblies. Headquartered in Glendale, CA, the company customizes its products to meet the specific demands of OEM customers for a variety of end products, including cashless slot machines, gas dispensers, medical devices, self-service kiosks, and others. ClearLight Partners recapitalized FutureLogic in partnership with its founders and provided the company with strategic guidance which lead to the expansion of the client base, assisted with the selection of a CFO and participated in restructuring the company’s debt. ClearLight exited its investment in Futurelogic in 2005.
