Wish there was a zero-star policy or something. I had a cash dispute and the way they handled me as their customer was just pathetic. Instead of asking the concerned bank to send a release letter to release my withheld amount, they told me to get the release letter from their HQ, like I'm the one who's being paid by them and not the goon sitting in their complaint department.
