Overall, I found my experience with Ecoflora to be satisfactory. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was expecting better quality products for the price I paid. The delivery was timely, though. Would recommend if you're looking for an average experience with a floral company.
