I recently had some experience with Grand Persona and I must say, it was average at best. The website, grandpersona.com.ua, provided a decent range of products but navigating through it was a bit confusing. The site lacks a user-friendly interface which made it difficult to find what I was looking for. The customer service was satisfactory, nothing exceptional. The response time was adequate, but the representatives lacked in-depth knowledge about the products. The overall shopping experience was somewhat bland and lacked excitement. The prices were reasonable, but the quality of the products was just average. The delivery was timely, but the packaging could have been better. I had higher expectations from this company but unfortunately, they fell short. Considering my experience, I would rate them as an average company.
