I recently tried the online resources at this company's website and found them to be quite useful for learning to support my child's reading difficulties. 📚 However, I encountered a few glitches while navigating the site, and some of the content was not as user-friendly as I had hoped. The training materials were informative, but the overall experience was average. The customer service was responsive to my inquiries, which was a plus. If the website's functionality could be improved, it would enhance the overall experience. I appreciated the resources available, but there is definitely room for enhancement.
