As a CUSTOMER, I have been banking with Cent cent savings and credit cooperative society for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they offer good interest rates and convenient banking options, I find their customer service to be lacking at times. The staff can be slow to respond to inquiries and not always knowledgeable about their products. Additionally, their website is a bit outdated and could use some improvement. Overall, I would rate Cent cent savings and credit cooperative society as an average credit union.
