I've been a customer of Concept plv for several years now and I must say the experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer service could use some improvement. It takes them quite a while to respond to inquiries and sometimes they don't provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, my experience with Concept plv has been okay, nothing outstanding but nothing terrible either.
