I have been a customer of Capital bancorp plc for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they provide the basic banking services I need, I have had a few issues with their customer service. The staff can sometimes be unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, I would say that Capital bancorp plc is just an average bank.
