I have been a customer of Frail Care Serenity Haven for a few months now, and I must say that I am absolutely delighted with the level of care and service that they provide. The staff members are extremely friendly and professional, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs are met. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes me feel right at home.
