I recently tried out a new internet service provider and I must say, I have mixed feelings about it. While the speed and reliability of the internet connection provided by Surfnet were decent, there were some aspects that left me wanting more. Firstly, the customer service experience was just average. The representatives were helpful enough, but the response time was quite slow and there were a few instances where my queries were not fully addressed. Additionally, the pricing plans offered by Surfnet seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other similar providers in the market. On the positive side, the installation process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I would consider Surfnet as an average option for internet services, but I believe there are other providers out there who offer better value for money and superior customer support.
