I recently hired a signage company for my business, and I must say that my experience with this company was average. The website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. The team was responsive and communicated well. However, the overall quality of the signs was just satisfactory. The design lacked creativity and did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the installation process took longer than anticipated, causing some inconvenience. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and within my budget. I appreciated that they offered a variety of options to choose from. In conclusion, while the company provided decent customer service and competitive pricing, the lack of creativity in design and delayed installation made my overall experience average.
