I had a mixed experience with S.J.K mechanical & maintenance. While the technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and fixed the issue, the customer service was not up to par. I had to wait a long time on the phone to get through to them and there was a lack of communication. Overall, the service was okay, but I expected better.
