Phantom healthcare is an average company. I have mixed feelings about their services. While they have some good doctors and modern facilities, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I have encountered rude staff members on multiple occasions, and their response time to queries is very slow. They need to work on improving their overall experience for patients.
