I recently used the services of Paragon Immigration Inc. Vietnam and found their assistance to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. The response time was a bit slower than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a satisfactory answer to my inquiries. The communication could have been better and more proactive. Additionally, I found their fees to be slightly higher compared to other immigration service providers. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they did manage to efficiently handle my visa application. Overall, my experience with Paragon Immigration Inc. Vietnam was average, as they delivered what was promised but could definitely improve in terms of responsiveness and value for money.
