I recently purchased some products from the ASI website. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of stone products. However, I encountered some issues with the ordering process. The checkout page was a bit confusing, and it took me a few tries to successfully place my order. Additionally, there was a delay in the delivery of my items. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it would have been better if the whole process was smoother. In terms of the actual products, they were of decent quality, but nothing exceptional. In the future, I may consider exploring other options before purchasing from ASI again.
