I recently had an experience with a clinical informatics company and overall, I would rate it as average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing insight into their services and industry expertise. However, I found that the communication and responsiveness from the team could have been improved. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Once the communication was established, though, the team was knowledgeable and helpful. The services provided, while satisfactory, did not exceed my expectations. While I appreciate the company's efforts in the field of clinical informatics, there is room for improvement in terms of timely communication and delivering exceptional services.
