I recently worked with a financial group to help with my retirement planning, and overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed relatively quickly. The customer service was polite and responsive, although lacking a bit in terms of personalized attention. I appreciated the range of services offered, but I did feel that there could have been more transparency in the fees and costs associated with their products. In terms of overall satisfaction, I would rate the company as average. There were some positive aspects, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency.
