I've been a member at Abu Lail Medical & Sport Center for a few months now and I'm extremely happy with my experience. The trainers are great and the facilities are top-notch. The range of classes and equipment available is impressive, catering to all fitness levels. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a fantastic place to work out and I highly recommend it.
