I recently stayed at Tokyu hotels during my trip to Japan and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but there were a few issues that made my stay less than ideal. Firstly, the shower in my room was not working properly, and it took multiple attempts to get a hot water supply. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
